Seven months ago, I posted this video of a sequence I'd never done before:
Needless to say, I could not do it with the other side. Plus the campus rungs were unusually close together and it was more a matter of luck than strength.
Today, after doubling up on left-arm workouts for the past half year, I have finally mastered the skip 2-skip 2-skip 2 sequence. I never fathomed being able to do this last summer, when I first tried campusing, and could not even make it all the way up. No luck here, either.
